MEMBERSHIP BILLING FAQs
What form of payment is accepted?
We accept credit/debit cards and ACH payment.
What will my first payment look like?
Prepaid Memberships are paid upfront in full and expire the stated duration from the date of sign up.
Recurring Monthly EFT Members pay a prorated amount immediately to cover the rest of the current month, then are billed on the 1st of each calendar month thereafter.
When will I be charged?
Recurring Monthly EFT Membership dues are automatically charged to your credit card on the 1st of each calendar month and are non-refundable. These continue on a recurring monthly basis until the Customer requests a Termination through their Online Profile. Cancellations go into effect at the close of business at the end of the calendar month and cannot be prorated.
Invoiced items will be processed on the 1st and 15th of each month.
What happens if my payment method is declined during monthly billing?
You will be prompted to update your preferred payment method through your Online Profile.
Please note, declined payments or unused memberships do not change the status of your account, which will remain Active until you choose to Freeze or Terminate. Outstanding balances can continue to accrue during this time and will remain until paid in full.
How does billing work if there is more than one person in a membership?
In a Couple/Family membership, only (1) member acts as the Responsible Billing Member for the group.
