February 20th - Progress Update
We’re getting closer and closer! The Bathrooms, Cafe, Front Desk, the majority of the electrical work and all of the HVAC work is nearly complete. As of now we’re just waiting on the climbing walls, which should be arriving in the next few weeks. Here’s a quick (hopeful) timeline of the home stretch:
March 2: Climbing Walls Arrive
March 2 - 21: Climbing Walls Installed
March 21 - April 1: Flooring Installed
First Week of April: Final Touches
…then we wait for the city to sign off and issue us our Certificate of Occupancy.
We are currently projecting a mid-April opening but as all things go with large construction projects, delays can and will happen.
